Twitter Puts ‘Reach The Truth’ Link Under Donald Trump’s Two Tweets

Published

on

Twitter applied the news verification application to tweets of President Donald Trump this time. The social media giant, “Find the facts about voting by mail”, was placed under the tweets that Trump claimed that voting by mail in the presidential elections next November will lead to fraudulent elections.
Twitter, the social media giant, has launched the news validation application to correct false information that will spread on the platform in the past months. The last target of the application, which enables people who saw tweets presenting false information to access the correct information sources, was US President Trump.

Donald Trump tweeted yesterday about voting by mail in the US Presidential election next November. Trump claimed that voting by mail in his two tweets would make elections open to fraud and that the elections would be fraudulent.

Twitter placed a warning link under the news tweet about Trump’s two tweets about “voting by mail” via the news verification application. Clicking on the alert placed reaches a page with relevant news and information.

The information page on Twitter, which was reached with the warning under Trump’s tweets, has the title “Trump makes false claims that voting by mail will cause fraud”. Under the title, Trump’s allegations are said to be frail, despite the decision to expand the practice of voting by mail due to the coronavirus outbreak in California.

Three misleading and misleading information in the tweets of the President of the USA are noted in the continuation of Twitter’s information page about Trump’s tweets. The first of the information Twitter describes as incorrect in Trump’s tweets responds to Trump’s “fraudulent election” claim. The information page says that there is no evidence that voting by mail is linked to voter fraud.

In response to Trump’s claim that the Governor of California “sent to everyone who lives in the state regardless of who he is and where he came from”, there is information that ballot papers are only sent to registered voters.

The third information published by Twitter in response to Trump’s claims is about voting by direct mail. According to the information on the information page and based on the news of NBC News, the five states of the USA are voting completely by mail.

The President of the USA reacted to the fact that Twitter placed a warning under Trump’s tweets and directed this warning to an information page that showed the opposite of Trump’s claims. Trump also accused Twitter of interfering with the US elections and the CNN and Washington Post, which were used for confirmation, with liar. In his second tweet on Trump, he accused Twitter of stifling freedom of expression and said he would not allow it as the US President.

Twitter’s news validation application was implemented to prevent the spread of false information, especially during the coronavirus outbreak. We have seen such warning links under the tweets that sometimes provide false information. But this application of Twitter was under the allegations of a president for the first time.

ITT will produce masks from waste plastic bottles

Indian Institute of Technology (ITT) researchers have announced that they have developed high-efficiency mask making technology that can be washed and used up to 30 times using waste pet bottles.
The Indian Institute of Technology team in India, which has been on the agenda since the first day of the coronavirus pandemic has reacted to the social distance and quarantine practices, announced that they have developed a technology for high-efficiency masks.

The team has also taken a step towards environmental pollution and waste by using waste plastic bottles for the mask they have developed through the electro fiber drawing method. Researchers first smashed waste plastic bottles. Afterwards, they melted the waste plastic bottles that they disintegrated through pressed nanofiber and melting agent.

According to information shared by Assistant Professor Sumit Sinha Ray, an expert at the Indian Institute of Technology, the ITT (Indian Institute of Technology) team applied a different method for their masks that provide equivalent filtering with N95 and other medical masks. In the mask developed by the team, waste plastic bottles were preferred to obtain a nano-sized non-woven fabric texture.

In this case, one of the first things that come to your mind is whether plastic is safe for use. Sumit Sinha Ray clarifies this issue as well. It means that this nano-fiber tissue obtained from waste plastic bottles transformed into a new structure with the solution used is purified from all of the other components that cause bacteria and infections. Ray even claims that the success of these developed masks in breathing is better than many other masks available on the market.

Stating that the preference of waste plastic bottles in the development of the mask will contribute not only to environmental pollution but also to the economy, Ray adds that his production costs will be reduced by half thanks to the materials and methods they use.

What do you think about this mask developed by the Indian Institute of Technology? Do not forget to share your thoughts with us in the comments section.

Research Demonstrating that Finding Earth-like Planets Is Easier Than Thought

A recent study reveals that the Sun-like stars in the Milky Way are more than previously thought. Scientists think that Earth-like planets can also be detected more easily, especially when they are young because of more Sun-like stars.
The list of astronomers who are struggling to find planets outside the world is quite long; but there is no doubt that one of the foremost is to find Earth-like planets. Although we do not yet have the technology to determine whether there is life there by looking at the surfaces of distant planets, we can estimate from what distance this planet is composed and even the characteristics of its atmosphere.

According to a new study published in The Astrophysical Journal, although we are fluttering to find Earth-like planets, these planets may be much more common than previously predicted. According to the data used in the research, the Sun-like stars found in the Milky Way are probably much more than previously thought. If that’s the truth, we’re facing good news for Earth-like planets.

When stars like the Sun form a system around them, Earth-like planets begin their lives as beds of liquid magma. According to scientists, it is easier to spot these magma ocean planets near Sun-like stars. Such planets emit so much heat that scientists can observe the glare from them using the next generation of infrared telescopes.

These ‘young worlds’ emit a significant part of their energy in the form of heat, making it easier to locate them. Of course, this doesn’t make things ‘easy’, it just makes it ‘a bit easier’. These positions are found in young star groups less than 100 million years old and are called ‘young moving groups’. These groups typically contain only a few tens of stars, and before we couldn’t decide if we found all the stars in each group because they were behind the Milky Way galaxy.

The good news is that it will be easier to find hot celestial bodies of liquid rocks that will eventually become a Earth-like planet. The bad news is that the Earth-like planets take millions of years to mature and cool down. Moreover, there is no guarantee that a planet with the right materials can be in an orbital region that can make life permanent.
